Our program staff is compiled of members of the Barnstormers Theater board & Volunteers. This team is entrusted with the sole purpose of executing a successful, educational and enjoyable program.
Jaime Fiorelli:
Jaime, is excited to get started with Barnstormers Youth Theater Program. She has been involved with children’s theater programs for over ten years, and been a third-grade teacher in Ridley School District for 13 years. Her credentials include degrees in Elementary and Special Education, as well as providing dance instruction and choreography for local studios, theaters and schools. She has instructed choreography and direction for Edgewood Drama Group’s performances including Willy Wonka, Jr., Disney’s Aladdin, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Disney’s The Lion King, Frozen, Jr., Annie, Jr. and many others. She cannot wait to work with children throughout the Ridley community and to be involved in such a great youth program!

Carolyn Haritos:
Carolyn, is excited to announce her directorial debut with Barnstormers Youth Theater Program. She has been involved with children’s theater programs for over ten years, and has over thirty years as a fifth-grade teacher in Ridley School District. Her credentials include degrees in Elementary Education, Music Education and Language Arts from both West Chester University and Widener University. She has provided vocal music instruction and direction for Edgewood Drama Group’s performances including Willy Wonka, Jr., Peter Pan, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Disney’s The Lion King, Frozen, Jr., Annie, Jr. and many others. Shows brought to the stage under her direction include Disney’s Frozen, Jr., and Annie, Jr. The ability to bring the theater program she and her team created ten years ago to the Ridley community is a dream come true for her!

L. Jeffrey “Buzz” DiSabatino:
Mr. DiSabatino has been doing theater for over 50 years. He stated his theater career at the age of 5 as a dancer and starting directing at the age of 16, where he opened 2 theater companies in the State of Delaware. Mr. DiSabatino also worked in professional theater, touring with Cats, Tommy Cash and Hall and Oats. He has been with The Barnstormers Theater for over 10+ years. Prior to coming to The Barnstormers, he has worked at several Community, Children and Regional Theaters in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania. Buzz has a degree in Technical Theater Management and Public Administration (Non-Profit concentration) along with several others. Jeff has won awards at the state, regional and national levels for community theaters in Directing, Lighting, Set Design, Chorography and Special Effects. Mr. DiSabatino also currently serves as President of The Barnstormers, President of the Easter States Theater Association and President of The Delaware Theater Association.

Melissa Ciesielski:
Melissa, is thrilled to now play a part in Barnstormers Youth Theater Program. She has over thirty years of experience working with and teaching children (K-6) and holds degrees in Early Childhood, Elementary Education and a Master’s in Elementary Education. For the past three years she has been involved in the theatrical productions with Edgewood Drama Group (Frozen, Jr. and Annie, Jr.). She takes great pride in the spectacular performances that the team has performed at Edgewood, but is proudest of the process that the students undergo; the learning, the community building, and the fun that they have. Melissa is dedicated to helping create high-quality productions and committed to giving each student the special attention needed to grow both artistically and personally. She islooking forward to bringing that level of excitement to the Ridley community at Barnstormers. “All the World’s a Stage.”
