Directors are welcome here!
We encourage any and all directors to submit proposals, whether you are experienced, inexperienced, or a first-time director. We have the facilities, infrastructure, and resources to help make your theatrical vision a reality.
Musicals? Yes!
Dramas? But, of course!
Comedies? You betcha!
Shakespeare? Huzzah!
Full length? One-acts? Children’s plays? Yes, YEs, and YES!
The Barnstormers has the reputation and history of producing a very wide range of shows. If you’d like to direct a show at The Barn, submit a proposal by January 1st for the next season!
What? You’re a little hesitant? That’s okay, just request a mentor to guide you and help you articulate your vision.
If you want to direct a One Act, please select Play Proposal Form and check the January Slot. Fill the form out, after you complete the form hit the SUBMIT Button. Once your show has been submitted, someone from the play selection committee will be contacting you. All ONE ACT submission must be in no later then the First Week of October, with auditions being held on November. The Shows with go up the 4th weekend of January
